Jo trained originally as a graphic designer, then spent many years working in fabric design. During this time she pursued personal art projects including children’s book illustration.

Through her personal evolution, she grew to understand the healing power of the creative process, and qualified as a Transpersonal Art Therapist. She has a strong belief in the power of art and painting to create healing.

Later in her career, when faced with particularly challenging life events, Jo turned her focus inwards and returned to her painting studio.

She has learned to trust her intuition and respect the art it creates.
